Description of Services

rapidmatrixora provides university admission consulting services, including but not limited to:

• University selection and research guidance
• Application preparation and strategy development
• Personal statement and essay writing assistance
• Interview preparation and coaching
• Document review and verification
• Ongoing support throughout the application process

User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your academic background and goals
• Respond promptly to requests for information and feedback
• Meet agreed deadlines and attend scheduled consultations
• Pay all fees according to the agreed terms and schedule
• Use our services only for legitimate university admission purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of rapidmatrixora and third parties
• Not engage in any fraudulent or misleading practices in your applications

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Generally:

• Fees are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your agreement
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy as detailed in your service agreement
• All prices are quoted in Euros and include applicable taxes

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by rapidmatrixora, including but not limited to written materials, templates, guides, and advice, remain the intellectual property of rapidmatrixora Ltd. You may use these materials solely for your personal university application purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share our proprietary materials with third parties
• Use our materials for commercial purposes
• Claim ownership of any content created by rapidmatrixora
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our methodologies

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal information and application materials. We will not disclose your information to third parties except:

• With your explicit consent
• To universities as part of your application process
• When required by law or legal process
• To our professional service providers under confidentiality agreements

Service Guarantees and Disclaimers

While we strive to provide the highest quality consulting services, we cannot guarantee university admission outcomes. University admissions are competitive processes influenced by many factors beyond our control. We provide professional guidance and support but cannot guarantee specific results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, rapidmatrixora Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for those services.

Force Majeure

rapidmatrixora shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms that is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government regulations, or other unforeseeable events.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are detailed in your individual service agreement. Generally:

• You may cancel services within a specified period as outlined in your agreement
• Refunds are calculated based on services not yet provided
• Cancellation must be requested in writing
• Some services may be non-refundable once completed

Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our data processing practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

Termination
